Shipping & Return

We only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive defective. This applies to all items unless marked as “Close Out,” where returns or exchanges are also limited to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there’s a problem.

A defective product includes issues like broken beads, faulty clasps, or damaged components present upon delivery. Returns or exchanges aren’t available for reasons like disliking the style or color.

Once we receive and verify the defective item (usually within 3-5 business days of return shipping), we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Yes, we back our products’ quality. If an item arrives defective (e.g., broken shells or faulty clasps), we’ll replace or refund it—check our Shipping & Return policy for specifics.
